Why should I buy Danimals for my child?

Danimals is a great delicious snack or mealtime addition. Each pouch, bottle, and yogurt cup
includes a good source of calcium and Vitamin D. These nutrients are important as they help
support strong bones, yet they’re under consumed in the American diet and considered
nutrients of public health concern per the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. With Danimals,

Do Danimals products have probiotics?

Danimals products do not contain probiotics, however they do contain active yogurt cultures.

Are Danimals products gluten free?

Yes

Are Danimals products okay for people with wheat and gluten allergies?

Yes

Do Danimals products contain artificial flavors?

Do Danimals products contain GMOs?

Our smoothies and yogurt cups are Non-GMO Project Verified.

Is juice added to Danimals milk products?

Danimals products do not contain juice added for flavor, but they do contain fruit and vegetable juice added for color.

What cultures are in Danimals milk products?

Danimals products contain the yogurt cultures Streptococcus thermophilus and Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

What is used to color Danimals products?

Danimals products do not include colors from artificial sources. We use fruit and vegetable juice for color.

Are Danimals products artificially flavored?

Danimals products do not contain artificial flavors.

Can babies eat Danimals products?

We do not recommend Danimals for babies.

How old should children be to consume Danimals products?

We recommend only serving to children 4 years of age and older.

Can you freeze Danimals smoothie bottles?

We do not recommend freezing the Danimals smoothies.

Can you freeze Danimals yogurt pouches?

Yes, add a frozen yogurt pouch in your child’s lunchbox to keep everything cool while it thaws in time for lunch.

Can you microwave the smoothie bottles or yogurt pouches?

No, we are unable to recommend microwaving any of our products.

How long are Danimals products good after the best if used by date?

The "best if used by" date on the package reflects the month and the day by which the yogurt should be consumed for optimal flavor, freshness, and quality. We are unable to recommend enjoying our product beyond the “best if used by” date stamped on the container.

Do Danimals products need to be stored in the refrigerator?

Yes, refrigeration is required.

Packaging & Recycling

Can I recycle Danimals Smoothie bottles?

Yes, the plastic bottles are recyclable by following these steps: Remove the shrink sleeve off the bottle, remove the lid, and rinse the bottle before adding the bottle to your recycling bin. Throw the foil and shrink sleeve plastic into your trash. Please recycle the cartons or boxes that accompany your purchase.

Can I recycle Danimals yogurt pouches?

Danimals yogurt pouches are not recyclable. Please recycle the paperboard boxes that accompany your purchase.
